Boomerang’s Refund Policy

Thank you for using Boomerang for all of your at-home medical testing needs! If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we invite you to review our refund policy.

The following guidelines apply only to purchases made directly through Boomerang. At-home medical test kits that have been purchased through an unauthorized reseller are not eligible for any form of refund.

Boomerang is unable to accept or use medical test kits once they’ve been sent to your home. If you receive a test kit after you’ve already initiated a refund, please simply dispose of the kit, rather than attempting to return it to us.

Am I eligible for a refund or replacement?

Sales on all COVID-19 test kits (including RT-PCR test and rapid antigen test) are final, and are not eligible for refund or replacement.

If your order was placed more than 30 days ago and/or you’ve already received your test results, your purchase is not eligible for refund.
Unregistered kits expire after 3 months, and any samples delivered to our lab after this time will not be processed. If your test kit has expired, we will not provide you with a refund or a replacement kit.

If your order has not yet shipped, you can cancel your order and receive a 100% refund.
If you placed your order less than 30 days ago, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund. See below for more details.
In order to be eligible for a cancellation or refund, you must be able to provide your proof of purchase.

If you believe you’ve received invalid lab results, or you suspect your test kit may have suffered a malfunction, please contact us at info@boomerangkit.com to find out if you are eligible for a refund or replacement.

In order to cancel an order that has been placed within the past 30 days, please reach out to us with your proof of purchase as soon as possible:

If your order has not yet shipped, we will provide you with a full refund. If your order has already shipped, we will subtract the cost of shipping and handling from your refund.
All refunds will be credited through the same means of payment that were used for the original order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
